Introduction!

­­­­What’s up Everyone! My name is Raghav Sehtia and I am a second year student studying Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.  I have begun blogging for an Industrial Engineering and Operations Research class I’m taking here at Berkeley. The name of the class is Mobile Wireless Networking and Patent Engineering and many of the blogs and videos will revolve around those topics. However, this first post is an introductory post for all those reading to learn more about me.

I was born in New Delhi, India and moved to the United States in 2000 at the age of four. I came to America knowing very little English and began my education at a public elementary school in Campbell, California. During elementary school my family moved to San Jose, California where I was raised and completed most of my education. Aside from School, I like to play basketball, football, and generally love being outdoors. Along with playing sports, I love listening to music, primarily of the Hip-hop genre.

I decided to take this class out of interest and its reputation among students. I hope to learn more about the process and functionality of acquiring and utilizing patents. Ultimately, I hope to patent something of my own, but most of all I’m looking forward to an awesome semester!
